Randy Bezet

Pastor Randy Bezet hails from Baton Rouge, LA where he spent his childhood and attended LSU. While living in Baton Rouge, he spent 6 years in ministry at Bethany World Prayer Center, serving as Jr. High Pastor, Assistant Cell Coordinator, and Associate Pastor. In 1999 Randy moved his young family to Tampa, FL, where he spent two years as Exec. Pastor for Living Water Church.

Hearing the call of God to start his own church, in 2002 he interned with Seacoast Christian Community Church of Charleston, SC. During this time he also received his degree in Theology from Life Christian University. Later that same year, Randy returned to Florida to plant Bayside Community Church. Randy and his wife Amy have four children, Jordan (9), Conner (7) Dylan (5) and Emily (2).

Started in Sept. of 2002, with just 20 people, Bayside Community Church now averages nearly 1,200 during their weekend services, all the while meeting in a elementary school. Located in Bradenton, FL - 50 miles south of Tampa Bay, BCC has over 300 weekend volunteers to help hold their three (3) services each week - Saturday night and two Sunday morning services. BCC has recently closed on 40 acres of land, very near their current school location, and is in the planning stages for the site development and a 1,500 +/- seat auditorium. They hope to be moving into their new building in late 2007.
