LifeChurch CharlotteCharlotte, NC Jerry and Melanie Stone Jerry Stone is the Lead Pastor at LifeChurch Charlotte. He and his wife, Melanie, married in 1986 and have two teenage daughters, Amanda and Kara. Before starting LifeChurch, the Stones traveled as missionaries out of Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jerry traveled to several nations in Europe, Africa, and South America, teaching in Bible schools, preaching in crusades, and ministering at pastor’s conferences. Jerry feels that the people he has met around the world have enriched his life and expanded his view of who God is and what God can do. After traveling internationally for several years, God placed a strong desire in Jerry’s heart to start a church in Charlotte, North Carolina. With the support of Pastor Dino Rizzo and a church planting organization called the Association of Related Churches, LifeChurch Charlotte, held its first service on September 18, 2005. 2007 |
