Kevin and Melissa Lloyd

Kevin & Melissa Lloyd moved to Decatur to launch Epic Church at the end of January ‘07. They have 2 incredible children: Shelby, a creative-minded 4 year- old and Sydney, a spark plug of a 1 year old. Both Kevin & Melissa grew up in Rome, GA and attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN. They have served in churches in LA, AL and GA as student/family pastors for 8 years before coming to Decatur.

Kevin’s passion is to create a church where everyone is welcome, hurting people are embraced and loved, and where no “perfect people” are allowed. A place where leaders are challenged and developed, where you are free to come as you are, where people connect in life-changing, positive relationships, where you feel comfortable bringing your friends, and a place where life is found in Christ and celebrated.

You can find Kevin going in and out of the gym, hanging out at local coffee shops (come quickly Starbucks!), taking Melissa out on dates and playing with his girls.
