Mountain Ridge ChurchKnoxville, TN Pastor Cory and his wife, Karrie, have been involved in ministry since they were 18. They started by leading small groups for teenagers, which led them to being on staff at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO as the Associate Youth Pastors ministering to over 500 teenagers. In 1994, they moved to Hattiesburg, MS and served as Associate Pastors and Student Ministers at River of Life Church for 6 years. It was there that their three beautiful children were born, Nicole, 10, David, 8, and Rachel, 6. They returned to Colorado Springs where Pastor Cory had the incredible opportunity to be a part of International Bible Society. He traveled the country meeting with pastors of all denominations and spiritual backgrounds leading Contagious Christian Live seminars and equipping churches for outreach. It is now that he is living the dream of pasturing a great life giving church. Pastor Cory loves golfing, basketball, fishing, snowboarding and hiking the Smokey Mountains. He pretty much enjoys anything exciting that includes the outdoors. Pastor Cory is pressing toward the goal of providing a place where people can connect with others and God for a life-changing experience. |
