Networks ChurchKansas City, MO Andrew and Karen Fortner Andrew and Karen Fortner have dreamt of planting a life-giving church in the Kansas City area for the past two years. That dream became reality on September 18, 2005 as they launched Networks Church in Lee’s Summit. The ‘Networks Experience’ appeals to both those who have been in church before and to those who don’t like church, by connecting them with God through creative services, and strengthening faith through authentic friendships. Andrew and Karen have been in full time ministry for ten years, first as youth pastors and then Sr. Associate pastors at two different churches in Texas. They have been married since 1996 and have three beautiful and loving children, Christian, Luke, and Karis. The Fortners are known for passionate outreach and creative innovation in presenting Biblical truths that help all kinds of people relate to Christ. Andrew has a BA in Religion from Baylor University, and is currently working on a Masters in Practical Ministry from The Wagner Leadership Institute. Andrew is a 1992 graduate of Lee’s Summit High School. |
