How we Work

Every organization is a little different, and we believe that we are not only unique, but may be the right “fit” for you. There are four components that are a part of everything we do:

1. We have a Big Start

We want to help you build up to a big start. We show you how to build your team, raise funds, develop a worship team and children’s ministry and open your doors with excellence and momentum. If you start strong, you have a greater chance of growing strong.

2. We Reach the Unchurched

With over 110 million Americans never or rarely attending church, we must find ways to cross the cultural wall and reach the lost. Often churches lose their relevance, becoming inward focused and yes, even boring! ARC is all about helping build churches that are culturally relevant with passionate worship, practical Bible-based teaching and dynamic family ministries.

3. We build Friendships and Do Life Together

We believe friendships and relationships are critical for being successful in life and ministry. As ARC churches continue to expand around the country, you’ll find a group of people that can help you, coach you, and be there for you.

4. We Have a Network of Resources

As ARC has grown, so has our ability to help you on many levels. ……..

• Conference & Regional Seminars – Besides our annual conference each year, we have several regional events planned throughout the country.
• ARC Intranet - Through our intranet for ARC partners, you can find sermon series ideas, outlines, PowerPoint and even video roll-ins.
• On-Line Bible Training - We’ve just added an online Bible training through Globe School of Ministry. You can earn a certificate in ministerial studies.
• Internship Programs – We have recently started networking/linking the internship programs that many of our larger churches have. By networking these groups with smaller or newly started churches, we will be able to provide help with placement of your young leaders in a dynamic internship program in an existing life-giving church.
• Missions – We have teamed up to provide great short and mid-term missions opportunities through Go Global. Smaller churches especially will find this useful in providing short-term mission trips for their church.
